Director of Large Pro Operations

Job Summary

Leading a high-impact team, the full-time salaried Director of Large Pro Operations will manage strategic initiatives for large pro partners, develop Senior Managers, and drive cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Senior Managers while setting strategic agendas and prioritizing initiatives
• Independently own complex strategic initiatives and program manage large changes across multiple teams
• Engage directly with large pro partners to identify growth opportunities and influence sales strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 8+ years of experience in consulting, finance, strategy, business development, or operations, with prior management experience
• Demonstrated ability to gather data and drive strategic insights at a senior level
• Management consulting experience at a top firm is strongly preferred
• Experience in building or scaling a team or function is a strong plus
