Director of Large Pro Operations

Job Summary

Leading a dynamic team in a full-time remote capacity, the Director of Large Pro Operations will manage strategic initiatives, develop Senior Managers, and drive growth opportunities for large pro partners while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Senior Managers, setting goals and providing feedback
• Set the strategic agenda for the Large Pro Strategy function, prioritizing team efforts and defending trade-offs to stakeholders
• Independently own complex strategic initiatives, leveraging data to identify opportunities and drive change across teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 8+ years of professional experience in consulting, finance, strategy, business development, or operations, with prior people management experience
• Demonstrated ability to gather data and drive strategic insights at a senior level
• Management consulting experience at a top firm is strongly preferred
• Strong interest in the home services industry and product-driven organizations
