Job Summary
Leading cross-functional planning and execution for global commercialization initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Launch Excellence will manage project support for Global Commercialization Teams, ensuring alignment and accountability across strategic priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive execution of global commercial initiatives, managing milestones, risks, and key decisions
- Coordinate inputs from various stakeholders to create cohesive commercialization plans
- Develop and maintain project plans and reporting tools to provide visibility into progress and priorities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience in biotech, pharma, or healthcare
- Significant experience leading complex, cross-functional projects or commercialization initiatives
- Experience supporting global commercial organizations, including launch readiness and lifecycle management
- Strong project management skills, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder leadership
- Proven ability to influence across diverse stakeholder groups and drive alignment
