Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Launch Management to oversee operational accountability and readiness for product launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Launch Calendar as the single source of truth for all launches
• Facilitate biweekly Launch Tiering Meetings to ensure cross-functional coordination and readiness
• Provide visibility and reporting on launch status, managing readiness throughout the launch lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in product launch execution within a fast-paced, multi-product environment
• Understanding of the distinctions between a release and a launch, as well as marketing and operational readiness
• Experience driving cross-functional accountability without direct authority
• Familiarity with launch tiering systems and operational frameworks
• Background in high-growth startups with experience in managing complex launches
