Director of Launch Operations
Job Summary
Owning the client activation experience, the full-time remote Director of Launch Operations will manage the operational model for onboarding and activation, oversee the development of the Launchpad platform, and integrate AI capabilities to enhance efficiency and performance across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Own the operating model behind onboarding, launch, and activation across the product set
- Direct the vision, roadmap, and prioritization for the Launchpad platform
- Identify and integrate AI capabilities into the activation process to improve efficiency
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in operations roles at a SaaS or technology company, with team leadership experience
- Direct experience managing implementation, onboarding, or delivery operations
- Proven track record of driving operational improvements and performance enhancements
- Hands-on experience with AI and strong command of Salesforce
- Comfortable collaborating with engineers and translating technical concepts for business stakeholders
