Job Summary
To support a rapidly growing law firm, the full-time remote Director of Law Firm Analytics will lead the development and execution of analytics strategies, partner with senior leaders to enhance business performance through data-driven insights, and manage a team of analysts to drive operational efficiency and predictive capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the Law Firm Analytics roadmap aligned with operational and strategic objectives
- Serve as a strategic analytics partner to operational leaders, translating complex data into actionable recommendations
- Develop forecasting and predictive analytics capabilities to identify emerging opportunities and risks
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in business analytics, strategy, data science, or operations analytics with proven leadership progression
- Experience leading and mentoring analytics professionals
- Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with Python/R
- Ability to influence senior executives with data-driven insights
- Exceptional understanding of analytical methodologies, including performance measurement and predictive modeling
