Job Summary

Driving high-impact initiatives, the full-time remote Director of LCCA Planning will partner with leadership to define strategic objectives, optimize operational processes, and foster cross-company engagement while managing a team of finance and program management professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute LCCA's annual strategy in alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Evaluate and optimize the operational rhythm of the LCCA organization to enhance collaboration and efficiency
  • Cultivate relationships with key senior partners across the company to ensure alignment on business objectives
Required Qualifications
  • 15 years of experience in business operations, consulting, or program management
  • 5+ years of experience in the enterprise SaaS landscape
  • BA, BS, or equivalent degree
