Job Summary
Leading the enterprise recruitment strategy, the full-time Director of Leadership Acquisition will attract, assess, and secure exceptional leadership talent for director, senior leader, and executive-level positions in a hybrid remote and onsite role based at THR headquarters in Arlington, TX.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and continuously improve leadership recruitment strategies for high-level roles
- Establish recruitment standards, governance, and consistent selection practices across the organization
- Lead complex leadership searches and advise hiring leaders on search strategies and candidate evaluations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
- 8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or related disciplines required
- 5 years of experience leading leadership-level recruitment initiatives required
- Professional Human Resources Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) or related certification required
- Experience with large, complex healthcare delivery systems preferred
