Job Summary
Leading the development and implementation of field leadership capabilities, the full-time Director of Leadership Development will design and facilitate training programs for field sales leaders, collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance leadership skills and performance in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities

Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in training and leadership development or related fields

- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or relevant continued education preferred
- Proven experience in leading teams as a first or second line manager
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement leadership capability development programs
