Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategy for building enterprise leader capability through innovative learning methods
• Lead team in creating and measuring high complexity learning solutions, including workshops and digital platforms
• Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor learning solutions to specific departmental needs and drive alignment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 6+ years of professional experience in consulting and/or learning fields
• Advanced skills in learning & development, facilitation, and executive presentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving demands
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for teamwork
