Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Leadership Development & Readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute a multi-year leadership development strategy aligned to organizational priorities
  • Design and deliver signature leadership development programs incorporating various learning modalities
  • Define KPIs and evaluate program effectiveness to demonstrate business impact
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Master's degree preferred in a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in leadership development or talent management for a global company
  • Experience working with and coaching senior executives; formal coaching certification is a plus
