Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in building leadership and performance functions in global environments
• Experience with individual coaching and cohort-based development programs
• Proven ability to design programs that demonstrate business ROI and enhance leadership capabilities
• 5+ years of experience leading high-impact teams and setting strategic visions
• Ability to scale programs across geographies while balancing global consistency and local relevance
