Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Leadership Development & Culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Defines and leads the enterprise approach to leadership development and establishes leadership expectations and standards
  • Translates organizational strategy into leadership development priorities and capability-building experiences
  • Partners with senior leaders to align leadership development with business strategy and ensures high-quality execution across programs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership development or organizational effectiveness, including 5 years leading teams
  • Demonstrated success in designing and leading leadership development strategies in complex organizations
  • Strong understanding of leadership and business capability development, preferably in healthcare
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into scalable development experiences
