Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Leadership Development & Culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Defines and leads the enterprise approach to leadership development and establishes leadership expectations and standards
- Translates organizational strategy into leadership development priorities and capability-building experiences
- Partners with senior leaders to align leadership development with business strategy and ensures high-quality execution across programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership development or organizational effectiveness, including 5 years leading teams
- Demonstrated success in designing and leading leadership development strategies in complex organizations
- Strong understanding of leadership and business capability development, preferably in healthcare
- Proven ability to translate strategy into scalable development experiences
