Director of Leadership Development
Job Summary
To support a growing commercial field organization, the full-time remote Director of Leadership Development will design and implement comprehensive field manager development programs, focusing on onboarding, core management skills, and advanced leadership curricula for frontline managers and high-potential talent.
Key responsibilities
- Design and lead a comprehensive field manager development program, including onboarding and advanced leadership development
- Build and manage a high-potential identification and development framework for field talent in collaboration with HR and commercial leadership
- Develop curriculum and learning assets for in-person, virtual, and blended manager development programming
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in organizational development or related field preferred
- 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial training or organizational development
- Deep expertise in field manager and leadership development program design and facilitation
- Experience managing or coaching field sales managers in a specialty pharmaceutical environment preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain leadership development programs from the ground up
