Director of Leadership Giving

Job Summary

Providing leadership and support, the full-time remote Director of Leadership Giving will manage a team of 5-7 fundraising managers, oversee a personal portfolio of mid-level donors, and develop strategies to elevate donor contributions towards a team goal of approximately $9 million.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Leadership Annual Giving Managers to enhance donor engagement and achieve fundraising goals
• Maintain a personal caseload of 150-200 mid-level donors to increase their giving and transition qualified donors into major gift portfolios
• Collaborate with senior leadership to create and implement effective donor cultivation and solicitation strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of two years of experience in staff management and team leadership preferred
• At least three years of fundraising experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Strong working knowledge of the moves management process and development campaign experience is highly desirable
• Proficient in CRM systems for tracking donor interactions and maintaining accurate records
