Job Summary

Leading the Learning team remotely, the full-time salaried Director of Learning will develop and execute strategies that enhance individual, team, and leadership capabilities while driving a high-performance culture within the organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives are effectively communicated and adopted across the company
  • Define and measure success metrics for learning programs, demonstrating their impact on employee development and organizational success
Required qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in learning and leadership development, with a proven track record in large organizations (2500+ employees)
  • Expertise in innovative learning modalities and experience managing learning technology platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Experience in designing engaging learning experiences, including micro-learning and virtual formats
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
