Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of VB Learning & Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery and evaluation of engaging learning programs tailored to diverse learners
• Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Provide leadership and guidance to the learning and development team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; 7-10 years in Knowledge Management/learning roles
• 3+ years of managerial experience
• Strong organizational change and project management skills
• Ability to analyze data and recommend solutions effectively
• Experience with various software applications such as Captivate and Microsoft Office Suite
