Director of Learning and Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Organizational Development & Learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Learning & Development charter and multi-year roadmap
• Lead organizational development initiatives and embed learning into change programs
• Design and scale leadership development programs and oversee blended learning experiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's / MBA preferred
• 12+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, and/or Talent Management
• Proven experience in building or transforming L&D functions in high-growth organizations
• Certifications in OD, L&D, coaching, or change management are a plus
• Strong track record of partnering with senior leaders and influencing at the executive level
