Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Organizational Development & Learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Learning & Development charter and multi-year roadmap
- Lead organizational development initiatives and embed learning into change programs
- Design and scale leadership development programs and oversee blended learning experiences
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's / MBA preferred
- 12+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, and/or Talent Management
- Proven experience in building or transforming L&D functions in high-growth organizations
- Certifications in OD, L&D, coaching, or change management are a plus
- Strong track record of partnering with senior leaders and influencing at the executive level
