Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Learning and Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise learning and leadership development strategy aligned with organizational priorities
- Oversee the design and implementation of leadership development programs and performance management enablement
- Establish governance and processes for learning design, delivery, and measurement of program impact
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related fields
- 5+ years of experience leading L&D teams or enterprise learning programs
- Demonstrated success in building scalable leadership development strategies
- Certifications in L&D, coaching, or organizational development preferred
