Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Learning and Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the enterprise learning and leadership development strategy aligned with organizational priorities
  • Oversee the design and implementation of leadership development programs and performance management enablement
  • Establish governance and processes for learning design, delivery, and measurement of program impact


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience leading L&D teams or enterprise learning programs
  • Demonstrated success in building scalable leadership development strategies
  • Certifications in L&D, coaching, or organizational development preferred
