Director of Learning and Development

Job Summary

Director of Learning and Development is a full-time position responsible for developing, executing, and enhancing training and education programs for healthcare leaders, managing the Learning Center, and supervising the Training Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs, including Schwartz Rounds and Stress First Aid
• Administer the Learning Management System and create educational materials and resources
• Supervise the Training Specialist and lead project management for relevant initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Graduate degree in a relevant field or 5-7 years of experience in training and development
• Experience in designing and implementing training programs across various modalities
• Strong instructional design skills and familiarity with adult learning principles
• Experience with Learning Management System administration and course development
• Experience in a healthcare setting and knowledge of healthcare organizational roles
