Job Summary
Director of Learning and Development is a full-time position responsible for developing, executing, and enhancing training and education programs for healthcare leaders, managing the Learning Center, and supervising the Training Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs, including Schwartz Rounds and Stress First Aid
- Administer the Learning Management System and create educational materials and resources
- Supervise the Training Specialist and lead project management for relevant initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree in a relevant field or 5-7 years of experience in training and development
- Experience in designing and implementing training programs across various modalities
- Strong instructional design skills and familiarity with adult learning principles
- Experience with Learning Management System administration and course development
- Experience in a healthcare setting and knowledge of healthcare organizational roles
