Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Director of Learning and Development will oversee training and mentoring initiatives for the Premium Audit Operations team, enhance training platforms, and drive improvements in auditor retention and technical advancement in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide structure to enterprise-wide training and mentoring initiatives to support Premium Audit operations
  • Revamp the audit training curriculum and develop automated training tools, including click-n-learn videos/modules
  • Collaborate with management and mentoring teams to ensure effective post-training support and compliance with NEIS standards
Required qualifications:
  • 15+ years of audit industry experience
  • 10+ years of management experience
  • Prior training and/or mentoring experience
  • Proven leadership and analytical skills
  • Ability to identify and implement effective solutions for inefficient processes
