Job Summary
To enhance employee skills and operational efficiency, the fully remote Associate Director of Learning and Development will assist in creating strategic learning initiatives and knowledge management practices while managing a team focused on claims processing workflows and training programs.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in developing a holistic claims training and documentation strategy
- Deliver and refine claims training materials to improve retention and application
- Create and maintain detailed process documentation and ensure alignment with business outcomes
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in claims operations, learning and development, or related fields
- 5+ years of people management and team leadership experience
- 6+ years of collaborative experience with cross-functional leadership teams
- 3+ years of experience in benefit and contract interpretation or coding
- 3+ years of experience analyzing and improving processes and workflows
