Job Summary
Assisting in the creation of strategic learning initiatives, the remote Associate Director of Learning and Development will develop and implement training programs, improve operational efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the Claims team.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in creating a holistic claims training and documentation strategy
- Deliver claims training strategies, including material creation and feedback to enhance retention
- Develop and maintain detailed process documentation related to healthcare claims processing
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in claims operations, learning and development, or a related field
- 5+ years of people management and team leadership experience
- 6+ years of experience working collaboratively with cross-functional leadership teams
- 3+ years of experience with benefit and contract interpretation or coding
- 3+ years of experience analyzing and improving processes and workflows
