Job Summary

Assisting in the creation of strategic learning initiatives, the remote Associate Director of Learning and Development will develop and implement training programs, improve operational efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the Claims team.

Key responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating a holistic claims training and documentation strategy
  • Deliver claims training strategies, including material creation and feedback to enhance retention
  • Develop and maintain detailed process documentation related to healthcare claims processing
Required qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in claims operations, learning and development, or a related field
  • 5+ years of people management and team leadership experience
  • 6+ years of experience working collaboratively with cross-functional leadership teams
  • 3+ years of experience with benefit and contract interpretation or coding
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing and improving processes and workflows
