Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a training library or content portfolio at scale
• Demonstrated track record leading a team of instructional designers or curriculum managers
• Deep expertise in instructional design methodologies and learning technology standards
• Experience contributing to commercial outcomes related to content decisions
