Director of Learning Design (Math)

Job Summary

Leading a team of Learning Experience Designers, the full-time remote Director of Learning Design (Math) will oversee the creation of high-quality, research-aligned mathematics learning resources while ensuring alignment with pedagogical standards and operationalizing the learning design vision.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of learning experience design work, ensuring products meet quality and usability standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate instructional intent into effective, scalable product solutions
• Provide strategic oversight for learning experience design initiatives, guiding teams in synthesizing market insights into actionable product content

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in learning experience design or educational content development
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced product development environment
• 3+ years of K-12 classroom teaching experience or equivalent applied experience
• Proven track record of creating engaging, interactive digital learning experiences
• Deep knowledge of national/state academic standards and the K-12 competitive landscape
