Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of People Enablement & Learning Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of training programs to enhance consulting and selling skills
• Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning initiatives
• Manage a portfolio of development initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and measuring program effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business or Organizational Development
• 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related fields
• Experience in designing and facilitating training for consulting or client-facing roles
• Strong expertise in learning methodologies and capability building
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage complex projects
