Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of training programs to enhance consulting and selling skills

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related fields
- Experience in designing and facilitating training for consulting or client-facing roles
- Strong expertise in learning methodologies and capability building
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage complex projects
