Job Summary
To drive organizational performance and capability building, the full-time remote Director of Learning & Development will design and execute a comprehensive learning strategy, delivering a portfolio of programs that includes onboarding, compliance, and professional development while partnering with business leaders to align initiatives with business priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a holistic learning and development strategy aligned with business objectives
- Design scalable learning programs across various skill areas and ensure alignment with key business priorities
- Manage the Learning Management System, optimizing content and user experience while tracking learning effectiveness metrics
Required qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in learning & development or organizational capability
- Experience in designing and delivering a wide range of learning programs beyond leadership training
- Strong background in onboarding, compliance, and operational learning
- Experience managing a Learning Management System, preferably Workday
- Proven ability to define success metrics and measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives
