Job Summary
Supporting advisor development programs, the full-time remote Director of Learning Development will coordinate curriculum, training experiences, mentorship activities, and development resources while partnering with leadership to enhance advisor career paths and accountability.
Key responsibilities
- Design and iterate advisor development curriculum and training experiences, facilitating mentorship programs and tracking advisor progress
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate advisor check-ins, maintaining performance tracking systems to enhance advisor accountability
- Manage logistics for training events and evaluate program effectiveness, providing data-informed recommendations for improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in advisor support, financial services training, or learning program coordination
- Familiarity with wealth management advisory models and financial advisor career paths preferred
- Experience in curriculum development and training logistics preferred
- Strong organizational and program management skills required
