Director of Learning Development

Job Summary

Leading a talented team, the full-time remote Director of Learning Design and Development will oversee the creation and delivery of impactful training programs, manage content production, and enhance customer adoption of SaaS products while collaborating with various stakeholders to align educational initiatives with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of instructional designers and trainers to develop effective learning programs
• Oversee the implementation and management of Learning Management Systems and customer enablement content
• Design and execute comprehensive training solutions, including customer certification programs and onboarding training for new hires

Required qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in learning and development, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, learning and development, or a related field
• Extensive experience in instructional design and managing Learning Management Systems in a SaaS environment
• Proven track record of driving strategic learning initiatives and managing budgets
• Experience in managing and mentoring teams of learning professionals
