Director of Learning Development

Job Summary

To enhance leadership capabilities, the full-time salaried Director of Learning Development will strategically plan, develop, and implement leadership programs while collaborating with various stakeholders to improve individual and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Sets and maintains the vision and strategy for learning and development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Collaborates with leadership teams to design and refine development programs, including the USAP Leadership Academy
• Evaluates organizational needs and implements new learning initiatives, ensuring effective communication and accountability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of professional experience in Organizational Development or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• 2+ years of experience managing a team of professionals
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Project, and Excel
• Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels
