Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of the Talent Roadmap, the full-time salaried Director of Learning Experience will enhance organizational effectiveness and employee performance through learning programs and leadership development initiatives, while working remotely or onsite in Chandler, Arizona, or Detroit, Michigan.

Key responsibilities
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs, including leadership development and onboarding initiatives
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and cultivate a culture of continuous learning
  • Manage a team of Learning and Organization Development professionals, providing guidance and support for their growth
Required qualifications
  • Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
  • 15+ years of global Learning and Organization Development experience, including learning design and delivery
  • Experience managing L&OD for global organizations and delivering learning solutions across multiple regions
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems and MS Office
  • Certifications in learning design, coaching, or psychometrics are advantageous
