Job Summary

Seeking a visionary and hands-on Director of Learning Experience Design, this full-time remote position will lead the visual design strategy for professional learning and educational materials, ensuring impactful and engaging resources for educators and students.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve a consistent visual brand identity across various educational materials and platforms
• Personally design key deliverables including curriculum layouts, workbooks, and digital assets while managing multiple design projects
• Build and direct a network of external creatives, overseeing production quality and vendor relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
• 7+ years of professional experience in design roles with hands-on execution
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design work
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Experience managing contractors and production vendors while maintaining brand consistency
