Director of Learning & OCM

Job Summary

To support the growth of a healthcare consulting practice, the full-time remote Director of Learning & OCM will manage operational leadership, oversee delivery governance, and enhance consultant development while ensuring quality and client satisfaction across Learning and Organizational Change Management initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational leadership for the Learning & OCM practice, establishing delivery governance processes and monitoring engagement health
• Lead resource planning and staffing strategy for Learning & OCM consultants, ensuring alignment with client needs and consultant capabilities
• Develop and coach Managers within the Learning & OCM practice, focusing on performance management, career growth, and building a leadership pipeline

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of healthcare consulting or related experience in organizational change management and workforce transformation
• 3-5 years of experience leading complex healthcare transformation initiatives or large-scale client delivery efforts
• Demonstrated experience managing teams and operational leadership skills in delivery governance and resource planning
• Strong understanding of organizational change management, adult learning, and training operations principles
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
