Director of Learning Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Learning Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the learning services strategy for academic and enterprise customers
• Lead the Learning Services Operations team to ensure efficient program execution and learner support
• Develop and manage a holistic content strategy for academic learning curriculum and partnerships

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven success in managing learning operations and enterprise learning systems
• Experience in content strategy and vendor/partner management
• Strong knowledge of learning technologies, preferably including LearnUpon, QuestionMark, and Rise
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred)
