Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Learning Systems Enablement (Operations).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to identify business and technical requirements for learning initiatives
• Manage internal communications and change management for the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Oversee the LearnUpon backlog and align cross-functional stakeholders on learning platform needs

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical product enablement and business transformation
• 5+ years of experience with Learning Management Systems and process management
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques
• Experience with collaboration and planning tools like Jira or Confluence
• Ability to influence change and connect learning technology to organizational goals
