Director of Ledger Reconciliation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Ledger Reconciliation & Money Movement.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end to end reconciliation and money movement domain, including ledgering logic and payout flows
• Document the existing system and create a clear, maintainable operational model
• Lead the architectural direction for a long-term fix to payout calculation issues

Required Qualifications

• Director level experience in financial systems or payments technology
• Strong accounting background with understanding of ledgers and reconciliation logic
• Experience designing or owning financial system architecture
• Ability to diagnose system-level issues and guide engineering toward fixes
• Strong documentation skills to convert tribal knowledge into structured processes
