Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Legal.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate SaaS commercial agreements and advise on product terms and pricing models
• Support privacy compliance and manage IP matters, including licensing and product development
• Advise on employment matters and corporate legal needs, coordinating with outside counsel as necessary

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of legal experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software
• Strong background in commercial contracting
• Broad legal exposure across commercial, privacy, employment, IP, and corporate law
• JD and active bar membership in good standing
• Ability to operate independently with outside counsel support
