Director of Legal Compliance

Job Summary

To enhance the operational efficiency of legal and compliance functions, the full-time remote Director of Legal Compliance will design and implement systems, workflows, and processes while leveraging AI and automation to optimize service delivery and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the operating model for Legal and Compliance, including standardized workflows and service delivery frameworks
• Lead the integration of AI-driven capabilities into legal and compliance processes, ensuring compliance with governance standards
• Manage vendor relationships and track performance metrics to optimize legal and compliance operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced or technical/AI-related training strongly preferred
• 7+ years of relevant experience in legal operations, compliance operations, or healthcare operations
• Experience in developing and implementing AI or automation tools in operational environments
• Strong project and vendor management skills with an analytical, data-driven decision-making approach
• Experience in a healthcare or regulated industry strongly preferred
