Director of Legal Compliance Operations
Job Summary
To support the operational efficiency of the Legal and Compliance functions, the full-time salaried Director of Legal Compliance Operations will design, implement, and scale workflows and systems, leveraging AI and automation to enhance service delivery and compliance processes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement the operating model for Legal and Compliance, including workflows and service delivery frameworks
- Lead the integration of AI-driven capabilities into operational processes and establish governance standards for their use
- Manage external vendors and outside counsel, tracking performance and optimizing legal spend
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced or technical/AI-related training strongly preferred
- 7+ years of relevant experience in legal operations, compliance operations, or healthcare operations
- Experience developing and implementing AI or automation tools in operational environments preferred
- Strong project and vendor management skills
- Healthcare or other regulated industry experience strongly preferred
