Director of Legal Operations

Job Summary

Leading the charge in AI-driven legal transformation, the full-time remote Director of Legal Operations will own the strategy and implementation of AI-powered solutions, focusing on workflow automation and governance within HubSpot's Legal team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage Legal's AI transformation strategy and roadmap in collaboration with leadership
• Design and deploy AI-powered workflows, ensuring compliance with risk management and governance standards
• Train and upskill the legal team on AI-assisted tools and workflows, fostering a culture of innovation

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in a technical, operations, or engineering-adjacent role with a focus on automation and AI solutions
• Hands-on experience in designing and deploying AI-powered workflows in a production environment
• Strong knowledge of API integration and middleware, including REST APIs and JSON
• Proficiency in scripting or automation languages, such as Python or SQL
• Experience implementing governance frameworks for AI or automation systems, including risk tiering and audit logging
