Job Summary

Leading the transformation of legal operations, the full-time remote Director of Legal Operations will architect and implement AI-powered solutions, manage legal workflows, and ensure governance and risk management within the legal team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the AI transformation strategy and roadmap for the legal team, prioritizing opportunities based on market insights
• Design and deploy AI-powered workflows across legal processes, ensuring robust error handling and compliance with governance standards
• Train legal staff on AI-assisted tools and workflows, fostering a culture of AI fluency and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in a technical, operations, or engineering role with experience in automation and AI solutions
• Proven track record of designing and deploying AI-powered workflows in a production environment
• Strong hands-on experience with API integration and middleware technologies
• Comfort with scripting or automation languages such as Python or SQL
• Experience implementing governance and risk frameworks for AI or automation systems
