Director of Legal Operations

Job Summary

To lead AI-powered solutions within the Legal team, the full-time remote Director of Legal Operations will manage strategy, solution design, and governance while enhancing operational efficiency through automation and AI integration.

Key responsibilities

• Own and define the AI transformation strategy and roadmap for Legal, prioritizing opportunities for implementation
• Design and deploy AI-powered workflows with a focus on governance, risk management, and data integrity
• Train legal staff on AI tools and workflows, ensuring scalability and the ability to track and report on automation impact

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in a technical, operations, or engineering role with experience in automation and AI solutions
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying automated workflows in a production environment
• Strong knowledge of API integration and middleware technologies
• Experience with scripting or automation languages such as Python or SQL
• Demonstrated ability to implement governance and risk frameworks for AI or automation systems
