Director of Legal Operations
Job Summary
Driving efficiency and scalability in the Legal function, the full-time hybrid AVP, Director of Legal Operations will manage legal operations, knowledge management, vendor administration, budgeting, and legal technology platforms while reporting to the General Counsel.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain and implement a strategic knowledge management plan for the Legal department
- Assist with the preparation and monitoring of the annual legal and compliance budget, including financial planning and reporting
- Coordinate department meetings and manage logistics for legal offsites and special projects
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 7-10 years of legal operations experience
- Expertise in legal knowledge management and e-billing platforms
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with excellent judgment
- Experience in developing strategic planning materials requiring consensus from multiple stakeholders
