Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Legal Recruiting and Placement (Attorney).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, recruit, and place attorneys and paraprofessionals in various roles with companies and law firms
  • Manage the full life cycle of placement, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates
  • Develop and operate creative sourcing, assessment, placement, and onboarding processes


Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of three years of experience as a practicing attorney in a corporate law firm or in-house setting
  • Strong client service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and attorneys
  • Demonstrated active involvement in professional associations, with leadership experience preferred
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Dependable, organized, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
