Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Legal Recruiting and Placement (Attorney).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and place attorneys and paraprofessionals in various roles with companies and law firms
- Manage the full life cycle of placement, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates
- Develop and operate creative sourcing, assessment, placement, and onboarding processes
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of experience as a practicing attorney in a corporate law firm or in-house setting
- Strong client service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and attorneys
- Demonstrated active involvement in professional associations, with leadership experience preferred
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Dependable, organized, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
