Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Liability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day activities of Claims professionals and third-party partners
- Develop technical and leadership skills of Claims Managers and colleagues
- Establish goals for liability claims handling and advocate for innovation in the department
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- At least 5+ years of management experience overseeing a team in claims administration
- 10+ years of experience in a client/customer facing role, preferably in the insurance industry
- Expert level knowledge in insurance claims handling and risk mitigation techniques
- Proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel
