Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Liability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage day-to-day activities of Claims professionals and third-party partners
  • Develop technical and leadership skills of Claims Managers and colleagues
  • Establish goals for liability claims handling and advocate for innovation in the department
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • At least 5+ years of management experience overseeing a team in claims administration
  • 10+ years of experience in a client/customer facing role, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Expert level knowledge in insurance claims handling and risk mitigation techniques
  • Proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel
