Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Liability Claims- Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve medical professional and general liability claims for assigned hospitals
• Manage the litigation process, negotiate settlements, and attend mediations and trials
• Provide oversight to the Manager, Liability Claims, and direct Risk Managers and defense counsel during claims and litigation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 7 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a related risk-specific role
• No specific certifications required
• No specific licenses required
