Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Licensed Psychologist to lead its national autism diagnostics program.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full scope of autism diagnostic services, ensuring quality and operational efficiency across multiple states
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a national team of licensed psychologists, guiding best practices for evidence-based autism assessments
• Set and uphold standards for evaluation procedures, focusing on ADOS-2 administration and interpretation for children ages 18 months to 8 years

Required Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology
• Active, unrestricted psychologist license in at least one U.S. state, with PSYPACT eligibility or willingness to pursue it
• Extensive experience conducting autism diagnostic evaluations using ADOS-2 and other assessments
• Proven leadership experience in clinical operations or diagnostic program development
• Strong grasp of DSM-5 criteria and ability to translate clinical findings into family-friendly language
