Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Licensing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end provider licensing across all states and provider types
• Ensure ongoing compliance with state licensing laws and manage complex licensing issues
• Build and maintain scalable licensing workflows and support executive-level reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of experience in provider licensing, including three years in leadership
• Extensive knowledge of multi-state licensure and related regulatory requirements
• Proficiency with licensing systems and Excel-based reporting
• Experience in telehealth or value-based care models preferred
