Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Licensing to lead its licensing strategy and manage partnerships for brand extension and commercialization of proprietary technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive IP licensing strategy aligned with strategic growth priorities
• Lead negotiations for inbound and outbound licensing deals and manage ongoing partner performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure licensed programs uphold brand standards and deliver profitable growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Marketing, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in licensing, business development, or IP commercialization
• Demonstrated track record of negotiating and closing complex licensing deals
• Strong understanding of intellectual property fundamentals, including patents and trademarks
• Excellent analytical skills, including experience with financial models and royalty forecasts
