Job Summary

Focused on pharmaceutical accounts, the full-time remote Director of Life Sciences GTM will manage executive engagement, pipeline creation, and industry strategy while collaborating with account executives to drive scalable go-to-market motions and support product development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with pharma executives to create and influence pipeline through strategic conversations and industry forums
• Collaborate with account executives to progress pipeline and enhance account strategy by leveraging pharma industry expertise
• Translate market dynamics into field-ready plays and competitive tools, ensuring the credibility of product demonstrations and operational logic

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience at the intersection of life sciences and enterprise technology, with a focus on pharmaceutical operations
• Proven executive presence and ability to lead high-stakes conversations with senior pharma or biotech executives
• Demonstrated commercial go-to-market experience with a track record of building pipeline and driving revenue outcomes
• Experience in traditional strategy consulting within the pharma or biotech sector is a plus
• Established presence in the industry through events, associations, or thought leadership is desirable
